Procurement Executive
Job Description
- Responsible for processing purchase requests on a daily basis, including understanding requirements, sourcing, RFQ, comparison, awarding, invoice processing and coordination.
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, vendors, and contractors based on factors such as price, quality, reliability, and delivery capabilities.
- Manages negotiations with vendors and ensures services provided meets requirements and are up to expectations.
- Coordinate purchasing activities with related departments/teams and requestors.
- Work closely with the Finance team to ensure timely and accurate invoice and payment processing.
- Assist and support in all areas for the procurement team whenever needed in aligned to Procurement Policy.
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years’ experience in procurement scope.
- Willing to travel (in and out from Klang Valley) when necessary.
- Required computer skill(s): Intermediate in Microsoft Excel, Power Point.
- Good negotiation and analytic skills, proactive, able to adapt to new environments quickly and willing to learn.
- Basic understanding on P2P (purchasing to payment).
- Willing to travel frequently for client meetings and site visits.
Inventory & Logistics Coordinator
Job Description
- Oversee daily inventory operations, including receiving, storing, issuing, and tracking of stock.
- Ensure accurate data entry and stock records in inventory management systems.
- Perform regular inventory audits, cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing deliveries with transporters and warehouse teams.
- Ensure timely order fulfillment and stock replenishment based on demand.
- Communicate with procurement and sales teams to align stock levels with business needs.
- Monitor warehouse safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company SOPs.
- Generate weekly and monthly inventory and logistics performance reports.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in inventory control or logistics coordination.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management processes and stock handling.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory software or ERP systems.
- Good communication and coordination skills across departments.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Willing to travel within the Klang Valley when required.
Technical Sales Executive
Job Description
- Engage with existing and potential clients to understand business needs and offer product solutions.
- Promote MRO (Maintenance, Repair, Operations) products and related industrial tools or equipment.
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and follow up on customer inquiries.
- Conduct site visits, presentations, and product demonstrations to support client decisions.
- Achieve sales targets by developing new accounts and maintaining current relationships.
- Provide after-sales support and resolve customer feedback or issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate order processing and delivery.
- Keep updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market feedback.
Requirements
- At least 1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in industrial or B2B sectors.
